The APES Family Maintenance Plan is a comprehensive yearly protection plan that covers both your HVAC and plumbing systems for just $199 per year. It includes 3 separate visits per year to provide tune-ups, inspections, and priority service designed to prevent costly emergencies and keep your home running smoothly all year long.
Our certified technicians perform thorough inspections and tune-ups that can only be performed during the season. This includes cleaning and flushing drain lines and condenser coils, checking refrigerant levels, verifying electrical components, inspecting airflow and duct leaks, calibrating and testing the thermostat, and providing a full system condition overview plus much more.
The plumbing inspection covers drain and clean-out inspection, a visual check of all plumbing fixtures including faucets, showers, and toilets, water pressure evaluation, drain performance and sink/tub flow testing, garbage disposal operation, a water heater flush and safety check, a drain line camera inspection (with bullhorn clean outs present), exercising shut off valves, hard water testing, and TDS water testing plus much more.

All maintenance visits are performed by clean, trained, certified HVAC and plumbing technician professionals, in uniforms, ID badges, and clean company marked vehicles. A.P.E.S. holds three active ROC licenses: ROC #305585 (CR37 Plumbing), ROC #311047 (CR63 Appliances), and ROC #315712 (CR39 HVAC), so you can trust that your home and business are in the hands of qualified, honest experts.
Yes! The APES Family Maintenance Plan is available for both residential and commercial properties. Whether you have a single family home, condo, or commercial building in the Phoenix metro area, our certified technicians can inspect, maintain, and protect your essential HVAC and plumbing systems.
Most homes or businesses are unique. While each space normally requires at least one HVAC unit and one water heater those are a staple to the plan. If your space has more than one HVAC or water heater, an additional unit can be added to the plan for $59.00 each. Other fixtures that require regular maintenance will be discounted from their original price by 10% while on the plan. This ensures you aren’t paying for services you don’t need and are getting discounts on the ones you do.
Many of the most expensive HVAC and plumbing failures start as small, undetected issues clogged filters, minor leaks, refrigerant drops, or buildup in drains. By the time symptoms appear, repairs are often far more costly.
